responsibilities:

• Provide technical support from project conception through early development, defining project scopes, regulatory requirements, and execution strategies.
• Develop realistic and reliable project schedules and cost estimates while carefully assessing and defining risks, uncertainties, and likelihoods.
• Create robust project charters (Rough Order of Magnitude to Class 3 scope) to define critical project information for executive decision-making.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and provide regular formal and informal project updates to senior management.
