Job Title

Associate Project Engineer – PCI New England 586 (Holliston, MA)

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety meetings
  • Create and manage punch lists
  • Support the quality control measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program
  • Prepare RFIs and submittals
  • Control labor on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
  • Perform quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
  • Support implementation of the job schedule
  • Coordinate warranties and O&M
  • Coordinate material with purchase orders and invoicing

Salary range: $84,600 annual salary plus a non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program. This position is safety‑sensitive.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word)
  • Clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn new skills through technical job functions and apply them as taught
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

  • OSHA certifications
  • Willingness to travel/relocate based on project needs
