Position Overview

Associate Professor of Law (full‑time, tenure‑track) at Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, VA campus.

Qualifications

• An earned Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and/or LL.M. from an ABA‑approved law school is required.
• Preference to candidates with teaching and practice experience in Constitutional Law, Business Structures and Agency, Secured Transactions, and Federal Income Tax and Contracts.

2. A record of or potential for academic scholarship.
3. The ability to teach undergraduate‑level courses.
4. Facility with online instructional technology.
