We are proud that Air Techniques represents superior quality to dealers and dentists worldwide.Position DescriptionThe Associate Product Manager supports the development, performance and continuous improvement of digital imaging systems used in veterinary healthcare as well as specialized field applications including, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Environments.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesSupport Product DevelopmentAssist in managing products throughout the lifecycle, from development to post-market supportHelp define and refine product requirements based on technical and user needs across clinical and field environmentsWork with engineering teams to support feature development, system performance, and ruggedization needsParticipate in product testing, validation, and performance evaluation (lab and real-world conditions)Support basic market and competitive analysis to understand product positioningCustomer & Operational SupportProvide technical guidance to customers via phone, email and remote toolsSupport Service case management, including documentation and trackingAssist with order processing, returns, and service coordination when neededMaintain accurate records in CRM and service systemsSupport order tracking and backlog visibility to help ensure timely delivery and customer satisfactionCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between customers, engineering and internal teamsShare structured feedback to support product improvementsContribute to internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materialsCollaborate with commercial and operations teams to support product launches and customer successWork Experience Requirements0-2 years of experience (hands-on technical experience preferred)Experience or interest in working with electronic devices, sensors, or imaging technologiesInterest in product management, business strategy, or market analysisFamiliarity with CRM or ticketing systems a plusCore Skills RequirementsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAbility to communicate technical concepts clearlyDetail-oriented with a structured approach to troubleshootingStrong organizational and multitasking skillsInterest in both technical and business aspects of productsEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, physics or related technical field a PlusIt is the policy of Air Techniques to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, gender, citizenship, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual preference, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
