Associate Product ManagerThe Associate Product Manager supports a suite of fixed income investment strategies, with a focus on delivering high-quality sales and marketing materials, reporting, and product content to drive business development. This role partners closely with product managers, client portfolio managers (CPMs), and cross-functional stakeholders to manage month- and quarter-end deliverables, ensure data accuracy, and support ongoing product initiatives and ad hoc requests. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of investment markets and serves as a credible resource from both an analytical and business perspective.

Success in this role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities of the role:Manage month- and quarter-end product collateral updates, including quarterly presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, and risk/performance attribution reportingProduce and maintain accurate, high-quality product content, ensuring alignment with approved messaging, data, and disclosuresPartner cross-functionally with portfolio management, marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate deliverables and timelinesServe as a key liaison for RFP/RFI responses and consultant database updates, supporting business development effortsSupport regulatory and governance requirements, including preparation of fund board materialsBuild deep product and market knowledge through ongoing collaboration with portfolio managers and CPMsSupport distribution efforts by delivering insights, analysis, and timely responses to internal sales teams and client requestsAnalyze competitive landscape and industry trends (e.g., Lipper, Morningstar, eVestment) to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategyRequirements of the role:2–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within fixed income asset managementEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and driving changeStrong drive for results with a commitment to excellenceSolid technical foundation, including investment acumen and understanding of financial markets and macroeconomic trendsProficiency with Bloomberg, Microsoft Office, Morningstar, AI tools, and other analytics platformsPassion for capital markets and the asset management industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilitiesBachelor's degree required; Series 7 & 63 licenses required or willingness to obtainThe total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $116,000 annually.
