The most impactful product managers won't be those who launch new applications—they'll be the ones who deeply understand how data and business processes move through an organization and use that understanding to eliminate friction, reduce manual work, and surface the right information at the right moment. As Associate Product Manager of Data & Internal Systems, you will partner with Accounting, Operations, and IT to map, challenge, and continuously improve how our internal platforms work—from the moment data enters a system to how it's stored, categorized, and consumed by downstream applications and teams. You deploy problem-first product thinking.

You can use AI to do set-up technical work — querying data, drafting requirements, exploring a system — without needing a developer in the roomYou are equally comfortable in a whiteboard session with Operations as you are in a technical discussion with ITYou understand that AI outputs are only as good as the data and processes that feed them and default to fixing the upstream problem rather than papering over it with a modelYou treat internal users with the same rigor and empathy you'd apply to an external customerYou are a self-starter who can take a loosely defined goal, put structure around it and define project successRequired QualificationsMust submit your application for employment through to be considered for this positionMust have unrestricted authorization to work in US.Must be at least 18 years of age.
