Associate Procurement Manager

Supporting the strategic planning and management of critical power and cooling equipment supply chains, the full-time Associate Procurement Manager will manage vendor relationships, equipment sourcing, and procurement execution while working remotely from various states. Key responsibilities Manage assigned data center equipment categories, including sourcing, vendor management, and procurement execution Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners to align procurement activities with project requirements and long-term strategies Conduct competitive sourcing activities, including RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial analyses to support procurement recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or a related field Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about complex equipment and systems Proficient in Excel for organizing and analyzing large data sets and developing analytical models Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
