Duties

Requirements
- 3-6 years of corporate and securities law experience.
- Experience with SEC-registered investment advisers and private investment funds.
- Knowledge of federal securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
- Transactional experience with mergers and acquisitions involving investment advisers.
- Admitted to practice in New York, Illinois, or District of Columbia.
Education
J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
Certifications
Admitted to the bar in applicable jurisdiction.
