The role involves working closely with deal teams on investment transactions, liaising with fund accountants on deal transaction accounting for GAAP financial statements, managing the investment closing/sale funds flow process, reviewing capital call and distribution memos, preparing internal reporting to COO/CFO/Head of Finance, forecasting portfolio company cash-flow, monitoring fund LPA limit compliance, and managing custody with third-party vendors. Located in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Requires 3-5 years of public accounting, PE fund accounting, or PE fund operations experience. Pay rate: $50-$65/hr.
