Associate, Private Equity Co-Investments
Future Standard is looking for an Associate to join their Private Equity Co-Investments team in Darien, CT. In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of private equity transactions, from analyzing investment opportunities to monitoring portfolio performance. This is a great chance to work with a seasoned team and contribute to significant investment decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.
- Prepare complex financial models to support investment decisions.
- Draft and present investment committee memoranda.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
- Prepare presentations and materials for limited partners and fundraising.
What You Need
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
