Leading the execution of ratemaking and pricing strategies, the full-time Associate Pricing Manager will drive profitable growth in the Workers' Compensation organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Execute ratemaking, trend analysis, and pricing indication work to inform critical business decisions Collaborate with Pricing leaders to advance pricing methodologies and enhance analytical capabilities Influence pricing strategies and rate level decisions to maintain competitiveness in the market Required qualifications A minimum of eight years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of five years of analytical property casualty insurance experience Prior experience in Workers' Compensation rate-making is preferred Experience with SQL and R programming is advantageous Demonstrated usage of industry data for ratemaking purposes is beneficial
