Associate Patient Account Representative

Providing extraordinary customer care, the full-time remote Patient Account Associate Colorado will manage payment details, research and validate payment postings, and initiate payer recoupments while ensuring timely account resolution. Key responsibilities Identifies and saves appropriate payment details while ensuring accurate account handling Researches and makes adjustments to payment postings, following up according to procedures Initiates payer recoupments and refunds, maintaining compliance with policies for account resolution Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician back-end revenue cycle (Payment Posting, Billing, Follow-Up, Collections) required Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required
