An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join a highly regarded and expanding real estate practice. You will advise a diverse client base on complex commercial real estate matters, working across high-value transactions from inception through closing. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
- Represent developers, property owners, managers, institutional investors, private investors, and lenders on a broad range of real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents.
- Provide strategic legal counsel throughout all stages of commercial real estate deals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
- Manage matters with a high degree of independence while maintaining exceptional client service.
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
- Experience representing developers, owners, managers, institutional or private investors, and/or lenders.
- Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is preferred.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision.
- Admission to the applicable state bar and in good standing.
Compensation
Competitive compensation is offered, with an anticipated salary range of $280,000–$335,000 , commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
