Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sr. Leadership and account managers for exclusivity tasks and requests; provide real-time support while SPMs are in market
- Partner with the legal team to customize and finalize amendment agreements for exclusive partners
- Maintain accurate records of partner contracts and agreements
- Create social media templates and posts and marketing materials for merchant partners
- Coordinate logistics for partner promotions and events such as announcement cards
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner engagement such as promotions or DAG performance
- Pull and analyze reporting for account performance, transactions, and other important data sources
- Think outside the box to come up with creative solutions to ad hoc requests from our partners (QR codes for delivery bags, signage/marketing materials that fit the merchant’s needs)
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years in a customer facing, content creation or marketing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a cross-functional team
- Detail-oriented with strong tracking and reporting skills
- Meet quick deadlines and turnaround times
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple requests for different merchants
- Experience working with Canva a plus
Salary
Base Salary: Illinois: $67,500
Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
