To support a growing Member Loyalty Team, the full-time seasonal Associate Member Advocate will manage inbound and outbound customer service calls, assist members through the post-enrollment journey, and enhance member satisfaction and retention while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing member questions and resolving issues related to their plans Verify enrollment of new clients and complete post-enrollment activities to assist customers in their newly enrolled plans Make outbound calls to assist members in utilizing their plan benefits and document interactions accurately Required qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using a dialer and other computer applications High-speed hardwired home internet connection with specified download and upload speeds Availability to work shifts between 5:00 AM PST and 6:00 PM PST, including weekends and extended hours during the Annual Enrollment Period
