Your Role / Responsibilities:

  • Drive oncology development programs by refining clinical study protocols from Phase I through pivotal studies supporting regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics) to align on clinical strategy and study design.
  • Serve as medical monitor for assigned relapsed refractory multiple myeloma clinical trials, providing medical oversight, addressing protocol conduct and subject safety issues to ensure timely, high-quality data.
  • Guide recruitment, study conduct, and dose escalation/early signals of activity appropriate to trial stage.
  • Assess overall safety information for studies/compound with Pharmacovigilance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and clinical trial sites.
  • With the Senior Medical Director, provide input to global regulatory filings (IB clinical sections, INDs, CTAs, NDAs).
  • Engage academic investigators; support site initiation visits and lead investigator meetings.
  • Assist Pharmacovigilance with reviewing/interpreting clinical data for accuracy, context, and patient safety.
  • Represent C4T in the scientific community; contribute to publication plans and build external expert relationships.

Required:

  • M.D. (or internationally recognized equivalent) and at least 1 year of clinical research experience in pharma/CRO/consulting or academia.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution; work collaboratively in a fast-paced matrix and independently as needed.
  • Exceptional scientific communication; active listening and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong interpersonal/negotiating skills; proactive issue prediction and decision-driving via diplomacy.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Clinical development experience (biotech/pharma), including companion diagnostics, clinical operations, and pharmacovigilance.
  • Oncology and/or hematology experience (practice or life sciences).

Compensation:

Base pay range: $230,938.00–$255,245.00 annually (varies by factors such as knowledge, skills, experience).
