Associate Medical Director
We're hiring an Associate Medical Director who wants a balanced clinical and leadership role, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to expand access to high-quality healthcare in a mission-driven community setting.
You'll step into a physician leadership role combining 3 days of administrative responsibilities with 2 days of outpatient clinical care each week. You'll maintain a personal patient panel while supervising and mentoring providers, leading quality improvement initiatives, and supporting the strategic and operational goals of the organization. You'll practice in St. Louis, Missouri, a vibrant city known for its diverse neighborhoods, renowned universities, award-winning dining, and extensive parks and trails.

What makes you a great fit
- You hold an MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- You hold an active Missouri medical license
- You have at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience
- FQHC experience is preferred but not required
- You have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- You're proficient with EMR systems, with EPIC experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $195,624–$293,295 annually
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000
- Student loan repayment: Up to $110,000
- Relocation bonus available
