We are seeking a BC/BE Adult or Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Associate Medical Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, a role that blends strategic leadership with meaningful clinical practice in a highly collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The Opportunity

• Partner with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU, including nursing and support staff
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management
• Enjoy a balanced 50/50 mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to lead while remaining engaged in patient care
• Play a key role in recruitment efforts and serve as a consultant for incoming psychiatric providers

Compensation and Benefits
