About the Role
The role will oversee OOH investment strategy, manage key media relationships, and drive impactful placements across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead OOH buying strategies across a mix of formats, ensuring clients receive high‑impact placements and competitive rates
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate deals that balance performance, efficiency, and long‑term value
- Identify opportunities to expand OOH investment within existing accounts by aligning recommendations with client goals
- Track marketplace shifts, new inventory, and innovative formats to inform strategic guidance
- Serve as a trusted resource to clients and internal teams, helping them understand OOH capabilities and how they support broader media plans
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media partners to position the organization as a preferred buyer
- Create market insights, case studies, and materials that support business development and demonstrate OOH expertise
- Provide coaching and direction to junior team members on negotiation, vendor management, and campaign execution
Qualifications
- 4‑7 years of hands‑on experience shaping and executing Out‑of‑Home (OOH) investment strategies
Required Skills
- Someone who thrives in negotiation settings and knows how to secure standout placements and strong value for clients
- Deeply familiar with both classic and digital OOH channels, including how inventory, pricing, and marketplace dynamics evolve
- Skilled at reviewing proposals, assessing value, and structuring efficient media dealsConfident advising internal teams and clients on OOH best practices, measurement approaches, and emerging opportunities
- A relationship‑builder who can maintain productive partnerships with media owners and industry vendors
- A mentor who enjoys guiding junior talent and strengthening team capabilities
Salary Range: $115,000 – 120,000 per year, based on experience
