Compensation
- ~$180,000 annually, DOE
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a Mechanical team from scratch
- Build client relationships and help win new work
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Guide chilled water, boiler, VAV, cooling tower, and fume exhaust designs
- Partner with Electrical and Structural teams on unified MEP solutions
- Answer RFIs and protect design intent in the field
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Active PE license
- Commercial and industrial HVAC/Plumbing design
- Entrepreneurial drive to build a practice
- HAP, IESVE, or Trace a plus
