Associate Marketing Manager

Owning the execution of event and webinar marketing campaigns, the full-time Associate Marketing Manager will build emails, landing pages, and campaign assets while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign launches in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end execution of webinar and event marketing campaigns Build, QA, and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot Coordinate campaign timelines and manage webinar logistics, including attendee communications and post-event follow-up Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations Experience with HubSpot for building emails, landing pages, and workflows Familiarity with Salesforce and campaign management in a CRM Some experience supporting paid digital campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn or Meta Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
