You will begin building relationships with partners, develop your commercial and account management skills, and help partners identify opportunities to improve performance. This role will support the New Jersey seasonal markets and follows a mostly in-office hybrid schedule of three days per week in our Boston office, with one week in market per quarter. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $124,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
