What you will do
The following is not intended to represent an all-inclusive list of job responsibilities, but rather to outline the essential functions of the position. Oversee and coordinate production area activities to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives. Establish and prioritize production schedules based on product requirements, equipment capacity, material availability, and staffing needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and company standards. Comply with all applicable regulatory and quality requirements. Stop further processing and elevate issues when non-conforming product conditions are identified. Develop, coordinate, and implement production schedules, activities, and processes to meet operational goals and regulatory requirements. Prioritize production activities based on product demand, equipment utilization, material availability, and workforce capacity. Train, coach, and support team members to ensure performance expectations and compliance requirements are met. Prepare and communicate production updates, metrics, and reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure team members understand and comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and EHS Management System (EHSMS) requirements. Verify associates receive the training necessary to safely and effectively perform their responsibilities in accordance with EHS standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of 25+ non-exempt employees. Evaluate employee performance against established goals and performance standards. Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports to support individual and team success. Ensure compliance with company policies and address performance or corrective action matters as needed.
Requirements
Required - Bachelors degree and 2+ years of post-graduate manufacturing experience or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. Prior leadership experience leading hourly teams of 20+ employees. Basic computer experience. Preferred - Prior experience in manufacturing industry.
$77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 10%

Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
