Associate Manufacturing Operator (3rd Shift)Location: Tucson, AZ Pay rate: $20.00 - $20.61/hr Work schedule: 3rd Shift: Sunday night – Thursday night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (40.0 hours/week) 1-year contract assignment: 10/12/2026 – 10/11/2027; 2 OpeningsOverview The Associate Manufacturing Operator performs precision assembly, formulation, filling, and packaging operations for diagnostic assays and reagent kits during the 3rd shift. Operating in a regulated medical device/diagnostics manufacturing plant, selected candidates will be assigned to one of three primary production areas: Large Bottles (formulation/filling of multi-liter reagents), Dispenser Build (manual and automated assembly of diagnostic dispensers), or Kit Pack (labeling, final assembly, and packaging of finished reagent kits).Job SpecificationsAssemble medical diagnostic products, reagents, and sub-assemblies in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch recordsExecute quality control checks during assembly processes to ensure product integrity and defect-free packagingPerform manual assembly and operate automated dispenser assembly machinery, liquid filling lines, and labeling equipment safelyFormulate and fill multi-liter reagent products (Large Bottles line) or package and label finished diagnostic kits (Kit Pack line)Maintain continuous line efficiency, track production output, and report mechanical or quality issues immediately to shift supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment following cGMP and safety protocols0 to 5 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience required (prior experience as a Manufacturing Operator or Assembler on a 3rd/overnight shift strongly preferred)High School Diploma or equivalent requiredStrong problem-solving, basic math, and verbal/written communication skills requiredProficiency with basic industrial software, production tracking tools, and hand equipment requiredVerified commitment and flexibility to consistently work the Sunday–Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM overnight scheduleSubmittal RequirementsSubmission must be completed under Non-Payroll classification in FieldglassClean resume format with no supplier logos or header brandingConfirmation of local residency and verified candidate commitment to overnight 3rd shift workBenefits: Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
