If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Perform Engineering Part Analysis (EPAs)Execute Transition Design Reviews (TDRs)Identify export requirementsReview engineering drawings for content, notes, accuracy, legibility and other noteworthy findingsEvaluate level of difficulty to transition suppliers and identify roadblocksInvestigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternativesFollow drawings update and approvals in PLM toolEnsure all data is captured and ready to present to chief engineering staffEnsure that EPA and TDR milestones are metSeek advice from subject matter experts when requiredReport project status during regular internal meetingsWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience0-3 years of relevant experienceAbility to Read & Understand part drawingsKnowledge of Engineering MechanicsStrong analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsFamiliarity or interest with aerospace industry desiredGood communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsTeam skills and organizational skillsAbility to express technical information in a clear and simple wayWork as a team member in a technical project environment.Must be self-motivated and able to think 'outside the box'Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
