Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients.

This profile thrives in a dynamic environment, contributing ideas, and actively steering this transformational journey.Roles and ResponsibilitiesClient ImpactCraft personalized engagement strategies: Develop tailored growth marketing engagements based on customer demographics and behavior to captivate new audiencesManage multi-channel media platforms: Oversee email campaigns, sponsored content, and advertisements across various media platforms, optimizing for visibility and lead generationDrive CRM & analytics for growth: Segment audiences for data-driven campaigns from various data sets, focusing on increased spending and customer reactivation while employing analytics for impactful decision-makingOptimize market insights & user experience: Analyze feedback to refine the card application process, conduct surveys for feature enhancement, and refine UX/UI design to improve conversion ratesSupport marketing engagements with the Fintech segment, including go-to-market strategy and launch activitiesTeam Collaboration & CultureChampion collaborative innovation: Partner with internal and external stakeholders for targeted marketing, integrating AI into strategies while fostering an environment of innovation within the teamGrow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultantsBasic QualificationsUndergraduate degree with Growth Marketing expertise and mindset, and work experience in driving omni-channel user acquisition and engagementProblem solving and user centric mentality, bringing creative solutions to complex challengesProven capability in data analysis, translating raw data into actionable insightsExperience working with Fintech segment and/or startup environments, and able to identify and address these clients' unique challenges and requirementsClient Management: track record in managing client accounts and leading digital marketing solutionsProject Execution: Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across key marketing channels to drive impactful outcomesAbility to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment and maintain a can-do, proactive attitudeCollaboration: Thrive in a matrix organization structure, manage internal and external stakeholders effectivelyCommunication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing colleagues and clients on the value of digital marketing projects. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
