You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in design (Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 7 years experience can substitute).
- Experience leading and mentoring a design team (a strong plus).
- Proven ability to design user experiences for B2C e-commerce platforms.
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Some understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
