Assistant Showroom Manager Redwood Outdoors sells the fastest-growing category in wellness: premium outdoor saunas and cold plunges. We're expanding fast with showrooms in Seattle, LA, New York, and Salt Lake City plus more locations coming next year.
You're guiding customers through a multi-thousand-dollar wellness purchase, building trust, and closing warm, engaged buyers.
Handle warm, inbound calls and emails from customers already interested in saunas and cold plunges. Guide customers through a consultative process to select the perfect fit for their home and health and wellness needs, ensuring it meets their lifestyle and goals. Own the deal start to finish from first contact to close, managing your own pipeline. Hit revenue and conversion targets while keeping customer satisfaction high. Serve as a keyholder for the showroom: open and close the location per company procedures, including arming/disarming the security system. Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring the showroom floor, displays, and back-of-house areas are secure, presentable, and ready for business. Serve as an onsite point of contact for facility or vendor issues (e.g., 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative product sales environment
GED or High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build customer rapport quickly and maintain that relationship throughout the sales process.
Comfort with learning and using software applications required for the role
Occasional travel to sales event locations may be required
Location and Availability: 296 Wythe Ave, Brooklyn NY 11249 | Full-time | 40 hours/week | Open availability Monday-Sunday | 10a-6p EST
Base Hourly: $32.69-$35.58/hour Commission: On-target $1,200 monthly
