Join us in our commitment to innovation and excellence and be a part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Engage in planning and coordination activities to facilitate repairs and maintenance in both plant and office facilities, as well as machines and equipment.Support routine, periodic, or special inspections to identify necessary repair and maintenance work, ensuring the prevention of breakdowns.Contribute to project tasks by developing detailed resource plans for production area shutdowns and regular maintenance work.Collaborate with teams to ensure the identification, acquisition, and kitting of parts, and the collection of tools, documentation, and procedures for work activities.Create detailed schedules for upcoming work associated with future shutdowns or maintenance, aligning them with the operations schedule to minimize equipment downtime.Work with requestors and peers to develop appropriate scopes for corrective maintenance job plans and efficient work execution.Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Maintenance Supervisors to assign specific durations to planned and forecasted preventive maintenance.Assist craftsman and support teams in determining if scope changes can be completed without disrupting the schedule.Lead shutdown preparation and progress meetings with Maintenance, Project Engineering, and Operations teams.Issue informational and effectiveness reports based on team and business unit work, ensuring continuous improvement and effective communication across all departments.Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experienceProficient computer skills in MS Project, CMMS, Excel, and other relevant softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to facilitate cross-functional meetings effectivelyExperience in planning and execution of maintenance tasks and activitiesBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Experience with querying and transforming dataExperience and understanding of industry equipment and technology principles, theories, and practicesKnowledge and experience with continuous improvement change implementationFamiliarity with planning and execution of maintenance tasks and activitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyOther Job DetailsLast Date to Apply for Job: June 30, 2025.Referral Bonus Eligibility: YESEligible for Relocation Package: NOWork Location Assignment: On PremiseThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,500 to $110,900. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
