Role Summary
Research and draft motions and briefs
Manage discovery end to end
Prepare for and support hearings and trial; opportunities to take/defend depos and argue motions
Day-to-day case and client management
Mix of matters: energy and oil & gas, fiduciary disputes, employment, privacy, antitrust, and securities
Candidate Profile
JD class years 2018–2020 from a recognized program
Strong writing and advocacy in state and federal court
Deposition, hearing, and trial experience helpful
Organized, proactive, and comfortable running workstreams with partner oversight
