Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
- Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
- Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Experience with class action defense, including securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation.
- Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
- Previous federal clerkship is preferred.
- Strong persuasive legal writing skills.
- Experience in large-scale discovery management.

- Juris Doctor (JD)
