Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
- Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative case strategies.
- Participate in high-level legal activities such as court hearings and trials.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on legal precedents.
- Engage in professional development to enhance legal and leadership skills.
- Contribute to firm programs, civic organizations, and pro bono work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Experience with class action defense, including securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation.
- Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
- Previous federal clerkship is preferred.
- Strong persuasive legal writing skills.
- Experience in large-scale discovery of matters.

Juris Doctor (JD)
