Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery
- Prepare for and conduct depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
- Business/real estate/commercial litigators with between 2 and 6 years' experience
- Experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and written discovery
- Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred
- Active California Bar admission (required)
- Practice focuses primarily on business and real estate litigation
- AV-rated law firm
