This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and complex litigation matters, representing manufacturers, distributors, and corporate clients through all phases of litigation. Manage a diverse product liability litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability, insurance defense, or complex civil litigation.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
