Duties

- Assist in securing merger approvals and defending against enforcement actions.
- Engage in high-stakes litigation and provide strategic legal advice.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
- Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the state bar of California.
