Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern studio environment. The role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and complex cases, with a focus on patient-centered, hospitality-driven experiences. Depending on experience, you may serve as an Associate or Lead Dentist, with opportunities for clinical leadership, mentoring, and studio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-scope dental services, including crowns, veneers, endodontics, implants, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Conduct thorough exams, develop personalized treatment plans, and diagnose conditions like TMJ and sleep-disordered breathing.
  • Drive growth in clear aligner and sleep therapy treatments, utilizing tested frameworks for early diagnosis and intervention.
  • Manage a dynamic schedule, optimize patient flow, and ensure an exceptional member experience rooted in personalized care and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless treatment delivery and participate in ongoing clinical development.
  • Lead clinical onboarding, mentor team members, and oversee quality and consistency for Lead Dentists.
  • Handle complex cases and member escalations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, active dental license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration.
  • Associate Dentists: minimum of 2 years' experience; Lead Dentists: 6+ years' experience with leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency with digital workflows, Invisalign certification, and comfort with modern technology.
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a growth mindset.

Physical & Additional Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and perform clinical procedures for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and effective communication skills.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and adapt to ergonomic positions.
