Responsibilities also include identifying case strategies, managing case files, and collaborating with team members to ensure effective representation of clients.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in legal research, legal writing, and case analysisProficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentsSkilled in courtroom representation, trial advocacy, and handling hearingsAbility to work proactively, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlinesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Virginia State Bar and in good standingPrior experience in litigation or criminal justice is a plus
