Frank & Wooldridge Co., LPA is seeking a motivated attorney licensed in Ohio to join our litigation practice representing creditors in consumer debt collection matters. This position offers the opportunity to manage cases from inception through resolution—without the pressure of billable hour requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload of creditor collection matters from pre-litigation through post-judgment proceedings.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Frequently represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements while protecting clients' interests.
- Communicate directly with opposing counsel regarding case strategy, settlement, and resolution.
- Exercise strategic thinking in evaluating cases, prioritizing actions, and driving outcomes.
- Conduct legal research and remain current on federal and Ohio laws governing creditors' rights and debt collection.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management and exceptional client service.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and applicable legal and ethical standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, challenge inefficiencies, and enhance litigation practices.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm by demonstrating leadership, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio in good standing.
- Experience in creditors' rights, debt collection, civil litigation, or a related practice area preferred; however, motivated attorneys with strong litigation skills are encouraged to apply.
- Competitive salary ranging $90,000 - $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
