We are seeking a high-level Senior Associate to join our premier Labor & Employment practice. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious attorney to handle sophisticated legal matters at a top-tier firm. We are currently considering candidates with a background in either Plaintiff-side or Defense-side litigation.
Core Responsibilities
- Case Management: Lead complex litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement, including developing legal strategies and managing junior associates.
- Litigation Excellence: Draft and argue high-stakes motions (Summary Judgment, Class Certification, Demurrers), take and defend key depositions, and manage expert witnesses.
- Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice on risk mitigation and litigation posture.
- Negotiation: Lead mediation sessions and settlement negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–9 years of dedicated Labor & Employment litigation experience.
Education: Doctor of Law
