Associate IT Operations Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain end-user hardware and IT systems.
• Support servers, network equipment, and manufacturing IoT devices.
• Monitor and respond to alerts via ticketing and monitoring tools.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; IT degree preferred.
• Up to two years of IT support experience or related training.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and Windows Server.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, travel 40%, and work on-call.
• Must pass background checks and cannabis industry licensing.
