Litigation Associate

What You'll Do
Associates take on substantive responsibility from day one, including:
- Taking and defending depositions; arguing hearings in state and federal court
- Working directly with insurance adjusters, in-house counsel, and corporate clients
- Developing litigation strategy on complex matters alongside experienced trial attorneys
- Drafting case evaluations, dispositive motions, and substantive pleadings
- Hands-on courtroom experience - the firm tries dozens of cases every year
- Nationwide travel opportunities
