To improve the reliability and stability of customer-facing production infrastructure, the full-time Associate Infrastructure Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with teams to maintain monitoring tools, enhance application reliability in Kubernetes, and debug production issues. Key responsibilities Empower engineers by maintaining monitoring tooling and collaborating on best practices for observability Enhance application reliability in Kubernetes through resource optimization and ensuring scalability Participate in on-call and incident response processes while collaborating with Customer Support and Sales teams Required qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience operating or debugging distributed systems in a production environment Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP) Hands-on experience with Kubernetes workloads and familiarity with GitOps tools Proficiency in using an infrastructure-as-code tool (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
