They will provide administrative support and project assistance to the Talent team. We are looking for a recent grad with excellent customer service skills, looking to ignite their career in Human Resources.

This position will help facilitate between employees and all other functions of the organization, from payroll to benefits to new hires to terminations. The position requires superior communication skills and excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will perform the essential functions of this role in a fast paced, demanding and team-based work environment.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all administrative processes for all employees regarding any payroll implicationsManage and communicate all internal benefits for employees across the USLiaison between Talent team, IT, Operations, Payroll, and EmployeesMaintain the data integrity of our internal systemsComplete IT tickets to ensure all employees have all IT software and drives needed for businessEnsure all processes are submitted timely for payroll cutoffResponsible for any weekly, monthly, annual reports needed for the Human Resources teamAssist with ad-hoc projects when requiredAttend and participate in any Talent team, Talent Acquisition, and IT related initiativesManage new hire onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobilityAct as first point of contact for general requests for employees across all offices; answer questions and direct employees to correct resources especially for new hires, terms and those going on personnel/medical leavesSuccessfully perform and complete diversified administrative assignments in a timely mannerMaintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of Talent/administrative related work experience and/or internshipsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Flexible and organized with strong prioritization and time management skillsCapable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretionProactive self-starter with proven ability to handle multiple projects with various deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to demonstrate analytical skills, solid strategic thinking, top-notch organizational skills and team workOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
