Duties
- Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
- Engage in litigation involving intellectual property and trade secrets.
- Conduct thorough legal research and present findings effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and co-counsel on complex legal matters.
Requirements
- Three to six years of litigation experience, including intellectual property and trade secrets.
- Experience practicing in the District of Delaware.
- Admitted to the Delaware bar.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
