• 5 full-time hygienists + 4 part-time hygienists
• 3 EFDA dental assistants + sterilization support
• 3 experienced front office team members

We actively integrate modern technology and digital workflows to improve diagnosis, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Comprehensive dentistry including:

• Exams & diagnostics
• Preventive care
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Fixed & removable prosthodontics
• Surgical and simple extractions
• Endodontics (based on comfort level)
• Implant restoration and placement
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Pediatric dentistry
• Clear aligners (if experienced)
• Sedation dentistry

Associates benefit from case collaboration and mentorship to expand into more complex treatment planning and advanced procedures over time.

Schedule

• Start: Summer 2026
• 3 days/week initially (Mon, Wed, Fri)
• Opportunity to grow into 4 days/week
• No evenings or weekends

Associate will begin with a combination of shared and ramp-up scheduling while building their patient base.

Compensation

• 30% of collections
• 90-day daily guarantee
• Estimated earnings $180K+ based on $600K collections
