Our client is an established private practice with 6,000+ active patients, seven operatories, in-house CBCT, and same-day zirconia crown milling — all designed to let you focus on clinical dentistry, not lab logistics.

The Job Description

• Perform exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Provide restorative care, including same-day CAD/CAM zirconia crowns
• Complete extractions, implant restorations, and bridges
• Partner with an experienced hygiene team to case-present and deliver recommended treatment
• Document thoroughly in Open Dental, and utilize CBCT and digital imaging
• Deliver a patient experience worthy of our five-star reputation

The Schedule

Rotating 2 and 3 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (no weekends)

The Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist (DDS/DMD) with an active AZ dental license, DEA registration, and current CPR/BLS
• 2+ years of general practice experience
• Confident in restorative dentistry and comfortable with patient volume
• Proficient in or eager to train on same-day CAD/CAM crowns and CBCT
• Strong at case presentation, team-oriented, and patient-experience focused
• Must carry your own malpractice policy naming the practice as additional insured
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Compensation

Estimated $180K–$250K+ annually based on collections
