Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will serve as a key legal and commercial advisor to cross functional deal teams across all project lifecycle stages.
You will drive transactions from inception to closing, draft land purchase agreements and EPC contracts, manage governance for project subsidiaries, and ensure regulatory compliance.
