We're looking for a talented attorney with commercial real estate finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team!Our ImpactLegal Multifamily Real Estate is critical to the Division's success in carrying out its mission to provide liquidity, stability, and affordability for the nation's rental housing market. We support this important mission through a broad range of legal work, including loan production, underwriting, and related activities; structured transactions; securitization; asset management and operation matters; and asset resolution.Your ImpactTransactionsServe as legal counsel, independently and/or assisting or collaborating with other attorneys, for the firm's purchase and/or servicing of multifamily loans.
