Associate Counsel – Corporate & Capital Markets

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an attorney to join its in-house legal team. This role offers exposure to sophisticated corporate transactions and strategic legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial and transaction-related agreements.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Manage outside counsel and provide day-to-day legal support.

Qualifications

• J.D. with 2–4 years of corporate and securities experience.
• Large law firm or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Compensation

• Base salary: $175,000–$200,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
