Mission Lane is seeking an Associate General Counsel to own legal support for the Finance team and our capital markets and securitization program. You will report to the Deputy General Counsel and lead on complex corporate financing, SEC reporting, and governance-related matters.
You will draft and negotiate financing agreements, manage outside counsel, and help scale our pre‑IPO readiness efforts while ensuring compliance with SEC rules.
